Astrid, since when do you work at Salland Storage?

‘My first working day at Salland Storage was on December 10, 2018.’

At what point do we run into you?

‘On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm I’m on hand for all questions from customers and interested parties, I give tours of our site and tell them about our storage options. My colleague Sonja is present for the remaining days.’

Most customers will know you from….?

‘The moment they’ve spoken to me either by phone or visiting our company.’

What does your workday look like?

‘One of the things I like about my work is that I never know exactly what my day looks like beforehand. That can be anything; administrative work such as arranging new registrations, making agreements with new tenants, preparing the outdoor units or the StowBoxes for rental or various cleaning work. But also a chat in his time with tenants who are present at our premises at some point.’

What’s the best part of your job?

‘The personal contact with people who come to us for a tour and/or registration or who have questions and therefore to help them as much as possible.’

Why do you think people should stay or become customers of Salland Storage?

‘Our motto is: friendly, safe and economical.
Friendly: Personal contact is important to us and we try to meet the wishes of our customers as much as possible.
Safe: We have a fence well sealed and guarded outdoor area and are equipped with excellent surveillance cameras. A security company also regularly visits outside the opening hours to make a check-up round.
Advantageous: Our price/quality ratio is very good. Our storage facilities are very affordable, and we haven’t included any strings in our lease.’

The best tip you can give customers is…..

‘Please contact us first to inquire if there are still plenty of options on the day you want to store your belongings. This way we can avoid disappointments. Of course we’re doing our utmost not to let this happen.’.
